Born in Chicago and raised in Kalamazoo, Nick Reynolds, AKA The Shoe Baker, is the CEO and founder of Cool Life Livin’, a clothing company that aims to prevent bullying and suicide through fashion, motivational speaking, and action.
Today, Nick and I talked about:
👉🏼 The day he realized that there had to be more to life
👉🏼 His journey as an entrepreneur
👉🏼 Why procrastination works for his creativity
Making $100/week selling Jones soda in middle school, Reynolds has always been a natural entrepreneur. He graduated from CMU in 2012 with a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Business and a Minor in advertisement. Throughout his career he has received numerous honors and awards for logo and graphic design.
Nick spends his free time mentoring and inspiring youth and of course, creating. He currently resides in Atlanta, GA, but is always on the go. The former CMU football player says he’s motivated everyday by making a difference in the lives of others.
📍 Darryll Stinson, founder of Second Chance Athletes, is a former Division 1 athlete, TEDx speaker, author, and suicide survivor. He helps athletes and entrepreneurs shed their past stories and create multiple streams of income that align with their highest purpose – so that they can impact more lives and build a lasting legacy.
